Please notify our office if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.

   Chiropractic Established Patient Visit - 4 hours notice required

   Therapeutic Modalities - 4 hours notice required

   ALL OTHER APPOINTMENTS - 24 hours notice required

 

LATE CANCELLATIONS

Cancelling an appointment with less than the required notice will result in a late cancellation fee equal to 25% of the full fee of the scheduled service.

 

NO-SHOWS

All missed appointments will result in a no-show fee equal to 50% of the full fee of the scheduled service.

**Please note, late cancellation and no-show fees for group/family appointments are determined based on the number of people scheduled in the appointment.**

 

How to cancel an appointment:

   a) call the office at 702-209-2722. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message with your cancellation request.

       Voicemails are time-stamped.

   b) use our online scheduler to cancel/reschedule appointments more than 24 hours in advance.
