Packages can be purchased in the office or via phone.

 

Terms & Condition:

• Packages must be paid in full prior to use. 

• Packages do not expire.

• Package visits must be used for the length/service purchased. To ensure proper recordkeeping, we ask that you plan your visits according to the package you have purchased. 

• Package visits may be shared however you wish. Simply notify our front desk team of anyone who you authorize to use visits from your package. You can change these permissions at any time.

• Pre-paid packages are refundable. You may request a refund for the balance of your package at any time and for any reason. Please keep in mind, remaining visits are refunded at the full regular price, not the discounted package price. To request a refund, please notify our front desk staff. All refunds will be issued via check within 5-7 business days.
