New Patient Info & Scheduling

We ARE currently accepting new patients. Please read this page entirely to help know which appointment type you'll need, answer some common questions, and help guide you in the scheduling process.

1. How to know if you are a NEW PATIENT

  • If you have not previously been evaluated by one of our chiropractic physicians, you will be considered a New Patient.

  • If you have previously been evaluated and treated by one of our chiropractic physicians, but it has been more than 4 years since your last chiropractic visit at Vegas Family Chiropractic, you will need to re-establish care as a new patient. If you are unsure of when your last visit was, please call our office.

2. Have you recently been involved in a car accident or work-related injury? IF SO, please do not schedule. We do not treat patients with an active, open injury case. Once your case has been released and closed, you may choose to schedule an appointment.

3. We treat all ages. If scheduling online, please be sure to select the appropriate new patient appointment type.

5. Is a REFERRAL required? Most insurance plans do not require a referral for chiropractic care. However, we recommend you check with your insurance to verify if a referral is needed. If so, the referral must be submitted by your primary care physician and approved by your insurance PRIOR to your initial visit to our office.

6. PAPERWORK: Upon scheduling a new patient appointment, you will receive an email with a link to complete the necessary intake paperwork. We do require that this paperwork be completed at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If we do not receive your completed paperwork in time, your appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled. If you do not receive an email or cannot access the paperwork, please contact our office via phone or email.

  • When completing the paperwork, please be sure to upload your insurance information if applicable. This will allow us to verify your benefits prior to your visit.

  • If you have more than one insurance plan, please upload your primary insurance info on the intake paperwork. To ensure most accurate benefit verification, please contact our office (via phone or email) with your secondary insurance info.
