HISTORY: To begin your appointment, Dr. Adrienne will review your medical history and ask questions regarding your current symptoms.

EXAM: A full examination will be performed on ALL new patients.  The exam will consist of a variety of neurological assessments and orthopedic tests to determine the cause of any presenting symptoms and/or pain.  You may experience temporary mild discomfort during the exam.  An exam is required for all new patients and any existing patients who have not been under active care for a prolonged period of time.

REPORT OF FINDINGS: Once a detailed history has been obtained and a full examination performed, Dr. Adrienne will discuss her findings with you and answer any questions you may have regarding your diagnosis, treatment plan, etc.

TREATMENT: We customize a treatment plan to fit each individual patient and case.  We will typically begin treatment on the first visit.  In some cases, further imaging or evaluation may be needed to safely and effectively begin treatment.  If the doctor has any concerns or referrals, she will present them to you in the Report of Findings portion of your visit.

OUR GOAL is to get you back to doing the things you enjoy, as quickly and effectively as we can.  In almost all cases, a follow up appointment is necessary to assess your response to care, and will be scheduled at the front desk at the end of your appointment.

If you have any questions or concerns during your appointment, please notify Dr. Adrienne or one of our staff members ASAP.
